We are absolutely delighted to share the wonderful news of our client Ms. T.Z., who conceived at the age of 41!
Her fertility journey came with significant challenges. Her AMH was extremely low at just 0.99 ng/mL, while her husband’s sperm analysis showed only 2% motility and 2% normal morphology — both important factors that can make IVF particularly challenging.
Before starting IVF, the couple underwent our individualised female and male fertility enhancement programme, focusing on optimising reproductive health and supporting both egg and sperm quality.

Against the Odds: Another Wonderful Fertility Success!
We are delighted to congratulate Ms C.H. on her pregnancy after an extraordinary fertility journey. Following two ectopic pregnancies, she sadly lost both fallopian tubes, leaving IVF as her only option. Despite this, she had low AMH and had already experienced three unsuccessful embryo transfer cycles before coming to Natural Harmony Clinic.
After three months of personalised fertility acupuncture with Dr. Jenny to optimise her health before IVF, Ms C.H. underwent another embryo transfer. We are thrilled to share that her very first embryo transfer following treatment resulted in a confirmed pregnancy!
The pregnancy is progressing very well, and the baby’s heartbeat was detected at 7 weeks of gestational age！
This remarkable success highlights that even after repeated IVF failures and significant reproductive challenges, there may still be opportunities to improve the conditions for successful implantation through an individualised, evidence-informed integrative approach. we were honoured to care for her throughout her entire pregnancy journey. During her third trimester, we successfully helped turn the baby’s breech position with acupuncture!

What makes this news even more remarkable is that she conceived on her very first IVF cycle, with a successful pregnancy from the first embryo transfer—a truly extraordinary outcome.
Ms. M.R and her partner had been facing multiple and severe fertility issues, including:
