Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our practitioners, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

Appointment Cancellation/RESCHEDULING

When you book an appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur and make schedule adjustments, if cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, in order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call the clinic 09-9293631 as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

Our appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time. If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, we require that you call at least 48 hours in advance. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee, especially for weekend and after-hours appointments. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services or the full amount. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. In this case, a $50 late cancellation fee will be applied. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling, and we will charge $98 for the full amount of 1-hour treatment for missed appointment fee.

The fee is required to be paid prior to booking any subsequent appointments. If you have an appointment booked but have not paid the fee, you will be required to cancel the booked appointment until the fee has been paid.
